This side dish is incredibly simple to whip up, and you’ll love its warm, sweet flavours on these chilly winter days. Ingredients:
· 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into wedges
· ⅓ cup Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic
· ¾ tsp kosher salt or sea salt
Directions:
· Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
· Thoroughly whisk together the Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic and Butter Olive Oil. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with the mixture to thoroughly coat.
· Arrange the potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer, without crowding. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 45 minutes, or until fork-tender and the glaze has caramelized.
