This delicious cocktail is so easy to make, and tastes absolutely heavenly!

🫐 Blueberry Gin Fizz ✨🫐
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Blueberry Basil Preserve
- ½ oz. egg white
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water, to top
- Blueberries and/or fresh basil to garnish.
🫐 Add the gin, lemon juice, and Blueberry Basil jam to a shaker, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
🫐 Add the egg white, and shake again for another 15-20 seconds. Then add 4 ice cubes, and give a final shake for 20-30 seconds until chilled.
🫐 Strain into your favourite glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with blueberries and basil.
Note: You can replace the egg white with Aquafaba — the water from a can of chickpeas, or the water used to cook dry chickpeas — if desired.
