We opened our store in 2016, with the mission to inspire you to have fun while cooking, and to make it easy to add healthy ingredients that taste fantastic.


We collaborate with other small businesses by sourcing fantastic, well-made products, mostly from Canadian family-run businesses. We believe in (and use!) every product you'll find on our shelves, and take pride in only carrying healthy, delicious, and high-quality items for your kitchen.
