This herbaceous vinegar is infused with herbs such as thyme, sage, marjoram, and rosemary, as well as fresh, pungent garlic. It's beautiful drizzled over grilled or roasted vegetables, and makes a fantastic salad dressing. It's a great marinade for your barbequed steaks, too!
