Madagascar Black Peppercorn Oil

This infused olive oil is spicy and floral, with a lingering heat from fresh peppercorns. It's perfect as a base in cream sauces, in risotto and pasta, in meat marinades, in aioli, and with seafood. Try it drizzled over popcorn (surprising but delicious!) and over salad for a nice zing. 

It pairs wonderfully with Lavender Dark Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, and Butter Olive Oil.
