Gochujang Olive Oil
Meet our newest olive oil: it has a bold taste, is quite spicy, and is rich with umami flavours. Gochujang is a popular fermented condiment from Korea, made from hot chili peppers — and now you can easily bring its complex and delicious flavours to your kitchen.
Use this oil to stir-fry veggies, chicken, pork, or beef. (And remember, high-quality olive oil like this has a much higher smoke point than cheap olive oil!)
You can also use it to fry eggs (and maybe a little drizzle on top, too!) or pair it with a fruity white balsamic vinegar for a lovely coleslaw dressing.
