Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar
This gorgeous vinegar is sweet, crisp, tart, and refreshing. It's made by blending slightly-unripe Blenheim apricots (which have a slight floral flavour) with our aged white balsamic. The result is fantastic! This is a beautiful addition to glazes for grilled pork and chicken, or you can try a splash in your soda water.
Pairs beautifully with Basil olive oil.
