This rich, uniquely-flavoured balsamic is made from sweet, floral black currants naturally infused into our Aged Balsamic condimento. It has a tart, complex flavour that's perfect paired with pungent, salty cheeses. You can also use it in salad dressings, drizzled over yogurt, or as a dressing for fruit salad.

Pairs wonderfully with Basil Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, and Blood Orange Olive Oil.
