The resulting fusion is bright, zesty, and fresh, with lingering peppery finish. Perfect for baking and fabulous in marinades and dressings. Drizzle over grilled chicken or steamed vegetables.

It pairs beautifully with Blueberry, Pomegranate, and Fig balsamic vinegars.
