Smoked Artichoke Tapenade

This incredible tapenade is made with smoked artichokes, and its flavour is clean and bright. It's made with minimal and all-natural ingredients — just smoked artichokes, smoked Castelvetrano olives, capers, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley.

It's fantastic on a cracker or flatbread, or mixed into a light summer pasta. Enjoy!
