This spectacular vinegar is aged 25 years, and has a true sherry flavour that can only come from traditional cask-aging. From Jerez, Spain, it's created using the traditional Solera system, and is prized for its rich, complex, smoky flavour. It's fabulous in reduction sauces, glazes, and wherever strength and depth of flavour is desired.
