This is one of Gourmet Village's most versatile seasonings! Rub it all over a pork shoulder or butt before slow-cooking it, and then when it's done (and oh-so-tender!) put it on burgers, sliders, or tacos. It's also fantastic with this barbecue sauce slathered on when the pork finishes cooking!
