Maple Orange Garlic Sauce
Winter garlic from Ontario is blending with 100% pure Grade-A Canadian Maple Syrup to create a sweet, garlicky sauce that makes the perfect glaze for chicken, ham, sausage, duck, turkey, and pork.
You could also use it as a glaze for cooked vegetables (it's particularly good with carrots) or use it as a sauce in stir-fries. You could even use it as a salad dressing — which is particularly delicious when it's thinned out with a little Persian Lime Olive Oil.
