Jalapeño Olive Oil

This bold oil is both fruity and spicy! It's a fused oil, made from fresh, green, early-harvest Frantoio olives that are crushed right alongside a generous portion of freshly-picked jalapeño peppers!

The marriage of these two ingredients creates a robust and complex flavour: it has a lingering spiciness, and slightly bitter, green vegetal notes, with a vibrant zing. This oil brings a savoury, spicy kick to salsa and pico de gallo, marinades, grilled meat, roastd vegetables, stews, and soups. Careful, it's hot!
