Horseradish Garlic Jam

This one is a total crowd-pleaser! It might sound strange at first, but Horseradish Garlic Jam is absolutely fantastic. With the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, thanks to fresh Ontario horseradish and pears, it's a necessary addition to your next cheese board — and it's particularly good on sharp, aged cheeses. Try it on your grilled meats, too!
