Harissa Olive Oil
Harissa is a spice blend popular in North Africa and the Middle East, and is made from chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to develop into a flavourful and versatile condiment.
Infused into this olive oil, it's perfect in couscous or pasta, and adds a complex, delicious flavour to soups and stews. Try it drizzled over olives, or as a finishing touch to your grilled meats.
Pairs well with Mango or Pineapple balsamic vinegar.
