This beautiful dark balsamic vinegar tastes clean and crisp, and was aged 18 years before being blended with French Champagne vinegar. It's slightly less sweet than other balsamics, and has a refreshing tart flavour. It's a great addition to salad dressings and sauces, and pairs perfectly with Blood Orange olive oil.
