Red Cayenne Chili Olive Oil
This oil has a kick! It's made by fusing fresh chiles with the oil (12 pounds of fresh, whole, ripe cayenne chiles for each gallon of oil!) before it's decanted and filtered.
This spicy oil is perfect for your barbequed meats, salsas and relishes, seafood, or drizzled over couscous. You can marinate slices of chicken or beef in this oil before grilling them so that they have some heat!
