A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
Our White Balsamic vinegar undergoes the unique barrel-aging process of Modena, Italy, and is made with White Trebbiano grape must. Without the caramelization process of dark balsamic vinegar, however, it retains a crisp, tart flavour that's slightly sweet, and milder than its dark counterpart. This adaptable, versatile vinegar is a pantry staple, and can be used in cooking in place of white vinegar. It pairs beautifully with any of our extra virgin olive oils.
