This spectacular vinegar is aged 25 years, and has a true sherry flavour that can only come from traditional cask-aging. From Jerez, Spain, it's created using the traditional Solera system. It's fabulous in reduction sauces, glazes, and wherever strength and depth of flavour is desired.
