This incredible oil is fused — meaning that the fresh Baklouti peppers are crushed together at the same time. There's almost an equal ratio of early-harvest organic olives and the fresh, whole, green Baklouti chilies — and these are the only two ingredients that comprise the oil! It truly is something special.
