Leek Olive Oil
This olive oil is truly something special. It's made by cold-fusing a high concentration of fresh-cut leek with early green Koroneiki olives. It's robust and highly aromatic, with the flavours of both the leek and the olive spectacularly preserved. It has a sweet onion flavour and savoury garlic notes. This oil is great for preparing chicken or sautéing vegetables, and is perfect served beside a cheeseboard with prosciutto and bread. Try it drizzled over soup or roasted potatoes.
