This is Italian Seasoning taken to the next level! It's made with Ontario garlic and garlic scapes, and has a fantastic flavour. Mix it with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and brush it on pizza, bruschetta, grilled veggies, chicken, and seafood. You can also toss this seasoning into potato salad or pasta for a kick of flavour.
